This week Ballers opens up with Spencer and Joe walking towards a yacht to meet with their boss Mr. Anderson. They wanted to know if they could borrow his yacht for a high end event for their newest recruits… Spencer and Joe throw one of the biggest parties. At the party, Vernon Littlefield tells Spencer that he needs to start getting along with his financial overseer Reggie. Spencer meets up with his female companion and tells her that he has grown since she bailed on him.

As Ballers ended last week, we saw Spencer was at the ATM attempting to get cash only to find out that he had insufficient funds. His female companion asks if everything is ok and he simply reassures her that it is.

Episode 2 begins with Spencer walking into his office having a conversation with a Mrs. Loanstein. Joe walks up and joins in on the conversation and privately asks Spencer into his office. Going into the office, Joe asks Spencer if he saw the clip Ricky did. Joe wants Spencer to stop playing small ball and to climb into the big leagues. Spencer tells Joe that he verbally signed one of the biggest players Vernon Littlefield. He then informs him that the paperwork isn’t all the way in the door. Joe wants Littlefield signed ASAP.

Dwayne Johnson has been a busy man. Coming off of huge success with Furious 7, he took on MTV this week to promote his new movie San Andreas which hits theaters on May 29th. Dwayne stopped by the studios to not only take over MTV Takeover with the new movie trailer, but he also made several hilarious videos with interviewers.

He was not done there, Dwayne Johnson also appeared at tonight’s awards to give out Movie of the Year which he also laid some humorous taglines down for each movie. From Selma to Fault Within Our Stars, Johnson made sure to sum up the movies just fine without giving away the whole movie.

April 2nd it was announced by MTV that Dwayne Johnson will make an appearance at the 2015 awards. Jessie J will host the pre show starting at 7:30 ET.MTV will also give an in depth look at 5 hot must see movies of the Summer, during MTV Movie Takeover Week. Promptly at 8 pm after the glamorous pre show, the 2015 MTV Movie awards will air live from the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles, which will be hosted by Amy Schumer.

Johnson and Stanton was involved in a fight where it involved Johnson giving Stanton a infamous Rock Bottom in Furious 7. Spike’s much anticipated show, Lip Sync Battle, debuted Thursday night with an appearance from The Rock and Jimmy Fallon. The Rock kicked things off with a wonderful rendition of Taylor Swift’s, “Shake It Off.” In the middle of the song, he turned things up a notch by giving that jabroni Jimmy Fallon the finger.
